From the time I made a request for service to the job being completed, all happened in less than 24 hours. They did a great job replacing the fan/light switch, and even replaced the box inside the wall that was broken from previous work done before I purchased the home. Thank goodness these folks came prepared with the correct wall switch for the type of fan and light I had. That's a huge plus in my book! The switch I purchased may have worked (maybe), but it wasn't quite the best option. They were very professional and polite, and even cleaned up before they left. Just knowing I have the correct switch now that was installed properly this time, has put my mind at ease and made it worth every penny. I'm very pleased with the service from Grounded Electric and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
